Its been a rather uneventful few days. The library is quiet and I'm catching up on some reading. Karen is out and about hiking and doing tourist things. Tomorrow she leaves and Jesse and Patti McDonnell come for the holiday weekend. This morning we had a herd of Elk 10 feet from my front door. The neighbor has a large box that she keeps filled with water and the elk seem very happy she does. I counted 7 cows, 3 calves (still with their spots) and 2 bulls with small racks still in velvet. What fun!!!!!
